We are living in a toxic world, but that&#8217;s because we have made it that way with our constant pollution of the environment. Point is that at some stage in life, those toxins reach a level so high that can be dangerous for you health. Unless you eliminate them, those toxins will continue to increase and build up on. A colon diet will kill the harmful bacterias slowly helping you restore your health and vitality. Those diets usually focus on high intake of fibers. A person needs around 30 grams of fiber per day. To achieve this amount, eat more vegetables, fruits and whole grains.</p>
<p>Processed and cooked foods are not recommended, as the amount of quality ingredients is decreased to minimum (especially in processed foods) while the toxins are high. Therefore, try to eat as much raw food as you can. Cooked foods require more time for the body to digest them. Make your own fruit juice instead of buying it at the store and make sure you add the pulp. Reason why is that fiber helps people with colon troubles is that the fiber adds mass to the stool and absorbs water to soften the stool.</p>
<p>Here are some other useful tips. The main thing is to drink a lot of water. Whenever you feel tired, drink a glass or water. You should be drinking about 4 liters of water every day. Eat broths, and stews, because they provide electrolytes, which will energize you. Make detox baths. Try do avoid over-exercising. As with any detox diet, releasing toxins in the body is serious business and should not be taken lightly. Add a colon cleanse to your lemon diet, because a lot of toxins will be released by your body during this phase.</p>
